From Need to the Birth of LegallyMail
It all started in 2018 when two computer engineers faced a recurring problem: the difficulty of proving the sending and receipt of important communications by email in judicial proceedings.
After losing an important case due to the impossibility of demonstrating that their client had sent a prior notice by email, they decided that it was necessary to change the system. "If there is technology to guarantee financial transactions, why not apply it to legal communications?".
They began designing a system that could provide legal validity to emails, creating what we know today as LegallyMail.
LegallyMail is a product of Cowabi Ltd. founded in 2012, a company dedicated to server hosting and cloud software development.
The birth of an idea
